To receive a new password, all you need to do is go to Twenga Solutions and click on "LOGIN":

Then select "Forgot your password?":

Enter the email address you provided when you registered and click "Submit":

You will receive an e-mail containing your new password.

If you do not receive the e-mail within ten minutes: please check your spam box, et to check that you correctly entered the em-mail address that is attached to your account as well as your login.

In the case where you no longer know the e-mail address used to register, use the contact form to send us the URL address of your site, or your domain name, and we will find the e-mail address for you!
