How do I pause my account?

If you wish to temporarily suspend your Twenga Solutions account, you are able to pause each one of the active solutions.

 

To pause the Smart LEADS solution:

In the Twenga Solutions interface, hover your mouse in the top-left of the screen to display the vertical menu.

Click on the "Smart Leads" section to open the drop-down menu, then choose "Catalogue management":

 

In the "Action" menu on the right-hand side, choose "Pause all product listing" and validate your choice:

 

You can then choose an end date for the pause.

A pause can last as long as 2 months, which can then be extended or shortened in the interface.

A message will appear in the interface to inform you that the pause has been set up correctly.

Note: When your account is paused, you are still subject to the £5 management fee per invoicing period.

 

You can choose to cancel the pause or extend it by clicking on the following button:

 

To pause the Smart BID or FEED solutions:

Contact the Support via our contact form specifying the end date of the pause, as well as its reason.

We will contact you once the solution has been placed on hold.

To remove a pause of the Smart BID and Smart FEED solutions, contact the support via our contact form.
