I - File Format
To send us your conversions datas, you have to send us your conversions feed.
This conversions file has to be in CSV format, and must be hosted so that we can download it via ftp, sftp, http ou https protocols.
The file must always be accessible as feeds are recorded daily by Twenga.
II - File content
You have to list Twenga's conversions on a CSV file, with the header line below:
Google Click ID,Conversion Time,Conversion Value,Conversion Currency
Your datas must not include any additional columns or personal information.
Duplicate conversions will not be counted (same Google Click ID and same Conversion Time).
Add one line per conversion, and fill in the columns as follows:
- Google Click ID : specify the gclid parameter that generated the conversion. The gclid parameter is always added to the landing product pages.
- Conversion Time : it is the date and time of the conversion. The table below shows the list of accepted date formats (for example, MM/jj/aaaa HH:mm:ss). You can add You can add a time zone to the conversion date by using one of the four formats listed at last. Replace "+z" by the GMT offset by indicating + or -, then enter the time difference (four digits). For example, -0500 for New York and +0100 for Berlin. Or, replace "zzzz" by the time zone identifier (check this list: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/timezones.csv).

- Conversion value : Enter a number representing the value you assign to the conversion. It must be a currency value. We recommend to take as value, the total amount of the basket excluding taxes and delivery charges.
- Conversion Currency : currency in which the value of your conversion is provided. Use the three-letter ISO 4217 currency codes(https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/codes-formats#currency-codes), as USD for the US dollar and EUR for the euro.
